The debrief will be at 5.30pm on Wednesday at the Wheeler’s Hill Hotel. This allows us one hour prior to the other members arrival for the Xmas break up counter tea.

Our Xmas breakup will again be at the Wheeler’s Hill Hotel. This year as the hotel has to satisfy the Covid19 requirements, those wishing to come will need to pre-register with me. I have booked for 20 people. If more than 20 people wish to come then the extras can only be accommodated if the hotel has another table free. Please text Rick on 0407 228 189 to book your seat. I will confirm your place either way.
The hotel was only willing to take the booking if we agreed to sit outside. It is under cover but you will need to plan ahead and bring hot/cold weather clothing as appropriate for Melbourne’s changes. The positive for being outside is that we will not be restricted to leaving at a designated time, which does apply inside under Covid19.
Our first meeting next year will (hopefully) be at our new location – the Scout Hall on Wednesday 10th February. Details will be sent in late January.
