CCA, Burnie

Burnie, Tas
Australia

Description

Cradle Coast Authority, 1-3 Spring St. Burnie
Plenty of free parking on site.

5:30pm for the Show & Shine, plus launch of the CCA's charger.  If you have an EV, park it with the others to show it off.  If you don't, then slink off and park on the other side of the car park.  The Show & Shine has been advertised in the local media, so expect a few visitors if the weather is fine.

7pm start for the meeting.  We'll see if we can organise some pizzas to get people into the building.

A big thanks to the Cradle Coast Authority for providing the room and car park.  They're also providing two speakers:

Tanya Denison is the new Future Energy Facilitator at the Cradle Coast Authority, an organisation of councils in the region.  She'll be speaking about the Renewable Energy Hub that is being established in the region, and how electric vehicle ownership fits in to that.
Iona Flett is the NRM Planning and MERI Coordinator at CCA, and will talk about how the CCA’s member Councils are thinking about the electric vehicle charger network, and the CCA's ChargeSmart grant.

You can attend this meeting via Skype using this link:  https://join.skype.com/PPNha8OsFE0m
We'll attempt to have Skype connected and working from 6:30, so please call in early to help work out any connection issues.

All are welcome at our meetings, you don't have to be a member.
